About Semper Fi
Not Another Truck With No Name On It

Semper Fi is run by Justin Holt — a United States Marine Corps veteran — and operated as a family business out of Double Oak. Justin walks every property himself before a dollar changes hands, and he’s the one you get on the phone afterward. Honor, Courage, Commitment isn’t decoration on the truck. It’s the reason the work gets done the way it was scoped.
We serve Double Oak and roughly fifteen miles around it — Flower Mound, Highland Village, Lewisville, Denton, Argyle — and we’ll travel for the right job.

What areas do you serve?
We work out of Double Oak and cover roughly fifteen miles around it — reliably Flower Mound, Highland Village, Lewisville, Denton, Argyle, Bartonville, Copper Canyon and Lantana. Outside that radius, call and ask. We travel for the right project, we would just rather be honest about whether we can hold a reliable schedule for you.
Is the estimate really free?
Yes, and there is no obligation attached. Justin comes to the property, walks it with you, and tells you what he actually sees. If the honest answer is that the problem is smaller than you feared, or that you do not need us, that is a perfectly fine outcome.
Do I really reach the owner when I call?
Yes. (469) 400-9581 rings Justin Holt, who owns the company, does the estimates and works on the jobs. If he is running equipment he may not pick up straight away — leave a message and he will call back. Responsiveness is the single most-mentioned thing in our Google reviews, which is a strange thing for a trade business to stand out for.
Why does drainage come up so much on this site?
Because Denton County sits on expansive Blackland Prairie clay that swells when wet, shrinks when dry, and barely absorbs water. Fast heavy North Texas storms on slow-draining ground is why standing water is the most common complaint we hear, and why drainage here is bought as foundation protection rather than as landscaping.
What does landscaping cost around here?
It depends entirely on the property, which is why we publish honest North Texas market ranges for most of our services rather than making you ask. They are not our price list — they exist so you can walk into any estimate, ours included, knowing roughly what things cost and what should be in the scope.
Are you licensed and insured?
Semper Fi Landscape Solutions is a registered Texas limited liability company and carries insurance; we will send a certificate if your HOA or property manager needs one. On irrigation specifically we stay in the repair and troubleshooting lane rather than making licensed-trade installation claims.
