Where Google truncated a longer review, our excerpt ends in an ellipsis rather than us guessing at the rest.
Because the replies are part of the point. The single most-mentioned thing across these reviews is responsiveness — people notice being answered. Showing the replies lets you judge for yourself whether that is a slogan or a habit.
Because the reviewer did not name one, and we are not going to assign a customer to a town to make a page look more local. Where someone mentioned their situation — an acre lot, a French drain, a flagstone walk — that detail is theirs, in their words.
There is one on Yelp and one on Facebook, but Google is where essentially all of the review activity is, so that is what this page reflects. We are not going to add those figures together to produce a bigger number.
